Kwame Terra has been named to the Black Health Connect (BHC) 40 Under 40: Class of 2025, a national recognition that honors rising leaders making significant contributions to health equity.
Each year, BHC highlights 40 individuals under the age of 40 who are advancing meaningful change in healthcare, policy, and community well-being. Terra was selected for leadership in digital health innovation and for championing community-driven approaches to improving health outcomes.
Through their work, Terra has helped bridge gaps in access and education—delivering tools, technologies, and insights to empower underserved populations and reshape how care is delivered at the grassroots level.
The honorees will be formally recognized during the 3rd Annual Black Health Ball, part of #BHCCon25 Weekend, an event that brings together Black professionals in health and wellness from across the country.
This recognition underscores Terra’s growing impact in one of the most urgent areas of modern healthcare—and marks another milestone in a mission centered on equity, innovation, and empowerment.
