Paul Francis is the CEO and Co-Founder of KIGT, Inc., the first and only African-American utility-approved original equipment manufacturer and network provider of EV chargers. With over 15 years of experience in EV charging manufacturing, installation, and project management, Paul has led initiatives across government agencies, ports, universities, convention centers, and utilities. He holds leadership and advisory roles with organizations including the Southern California Association of Governments, Southern California Edison, the California Energy Commission’s CalSEED Fund, and the American Association of Blacks in Energy. Paul also advises academic institutions such as UC Berkeley Law and UCLA’s Emmett Institute, with a focus on equitable EV adoption and clean energy access.
